WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This agreement contains the entire and only understanding between the Parties, namely the Photographer (Expressions Photography by Andre and Selma) and the Wedding Couple (The Client).
The Parties agree to adhere to the time schedules as mutually agreed to prior to the wedding date.
The Parties agree to cheerful cooperation on the wedding day. The Photographer is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions.
The film and/or digital negatives are the property of the Photographer and the Photographer retains all rights with regards to the copyrights of the images taken on the day.
In the highly unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, the photographer will make every conceivable effort to secure a replacement photographer. If a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. (The Photographer states categorically that there is no history of The Photographer not attending a wedding.)
The Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to transportation, processing and back-up of the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed, liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. (The Photographer states categorically that there is no history of The Photographer not handing over the final product.)
Two photographers will be present on the day, unless prevented so by injury or illness.
A 20% Non-refundable deposit secures a booking. A further 60% is payable on or before the wedding day. The final 20% is payable on receipt of your wedding photos.
Additional overtime is available at R500 an hour.
Kindly allow 4-6 weeks for post production of photographs. Photo-/coffee table books can take an additional 4 weeks.
The final product can be collected at 19 Gazelle Street, Uitzicht, Durbanville. Courier and postage cost is for the account of the client. Expressions Photography can not be held responsible for damaged/lost products during the postage process.
The Terms of Agreement forms an integral part of the Wedding Package. Acceptance of the Wedding Package and/or appointing Expressions Photography by Andre and Selma as the wedding photographer also indicates an acceptance of the stipulations contained in this Agreement.
